To retain the valued CCM® credential, board-certified case managers must earn 80 hours in continuing education (CE) every five years. We often receive calls from CCMs asking where they can get their CE. Now we have the solution¬—the Commission is proud to announce a brand new resource that promotes pre-approved courses to our CCMs and their employers.
The PACE Provider Directory is a searchable interactive tool where CCMs can find courses. CCMs can search 24/7 for reliable, pre-approved programs for their credential based on criteria such as home study vs in-person, location for live courses or even specific domains. Board-certified case managers look to CCMC’s PACE programs for educational opportunities that fit into their busy schedule and now they can view a full directory of PACE courses!
Not only will this PACE Provider Directory benefit CCMs when looking for courses, it is now a wonderful marketing tool for the PACE provider. It is FREE of charge and it will display all your approved PACE courses to the public.
You can set your organization even further apart by becoming a Featured PACE Provider. When visiting the PACE Provider Directory, you will be directed to a landing page with all of our Featured PACE Providers. With the yearly purchase, you will be featured on this page and will be the focus point when visiting the PACE Provider Directory. CCMs can also filter their search by Featured PACE Providers.
Interested in having your courses displayed in our PACE Provider Directory? Submit a PACE application today! Once you have made sure your program meets the approval guidelines, go ahead and apply using our online system! Visit our PACE page to review timeframes, fees, application categories and important documents you will need when applying.
For more information about becoming a PACE provider and its benefits, read the Commission’s PACE brochure.

I am attending an ACM conference which gives 16.5 ACM CEUs . I called ACM and ACM staff told me I have to ask CCM how I can get it pre-approved first. The topic is Leadership and Physician Advisor Conference on Nov 5-7,2018 at Huntington Beach,CA. Will you be able to help me and see if CCM will recognize the 16.5 CEU. thanks for your help. I'm needing 80 CCM is expiring 2019
Thank you for contacting CCMC. Unfortunately, it is the provider's responsibility to get the program approved for CCM credit. They must contact PACE (https://ccmcertification.org/workforce-development/pre-approved-continu…) for information about the process. If this course is not pre-approved by the Commision, you must enter this course on your dashboard under the "Post Approved" option. Review of post approved courses incurs a $15 non-refundable fee at the time of submission.
Yes I am interested in these CEU's
I am having difficulty finding dashboard to enter my CEU credits. Please guide me. Also do Ineed a special address for dashboard?
To access your dashboard, log in to ccmcertification.org. Please select "Login" at the top of your screen, then select "My Account". Next, choose "My CCMC dashboard" from the drop-down. Towards the bottom of your dashboard, you will have three options to enter CEs, "Pre-Approval, "Post-Approval" and "University." Please, select the option that best fits. For detailed instructions, please review the Renewal Guide (https://ccmcertification.org/sites/default/files/docs/2018/ccmc-17-guid…) or contact customer service at 856-380-6836.
Do CCM CE's count toward my RN license?
Hi Jonalee,
Thank you for reaching out! In regards to CCM approved CEs, you will need to contact the provider of the course to verify if they were approved for nursing. If you are referring to the courses listed in CCMC's CMBOK, yes those courses are approved for nursing credit.
I have been doing courses that are CCC approved on "Cinahl", however, after completing one such course I was unable to find the Activity and Course numbers, so, while I have achieved the Contact hour, this course has not been added to my dashboard. How is it possible that these course that are offered through my company on Cinahl are not CCM approved?
